Compare & Contrast Winston Churchill and Zhou Enlai

Please help me to lookat the development of the paragragh and some expressions. Thanks!

Good emotional intelligence (EQ) enables leaders to promote their policies and communicate well with other people. The term EQ refers to “The ability to monitor one’s own and other’s feelings, to discriminate them
and to use this information to guide one's thinking and
actions”(P. Salovey & J. Mayer), which includes areas such as interpersonal skills, mood management, impulse control, self-awareness and self-motivation. Prime Minister Winston Churchill of Britain and Zhou Enlai of the People's Republic of China were both experts at interpersonal skills. However, the ways each one of them demonstrate the skills are different, affected by their countries’ political conditions. Winston Church was accomplished in persuasion skills by the use of language so that people can be easily involved in his speech and influenced by his mood. During Second World War, he made a very famous speech entitled “Blood, Sweat and Tears” after forming a new administration for the Great Britain. The speech adopted parallel sentence structure and rhetorical questions which worked well at inspiring people with courage to fight against the invaders. It ended successfully with all the audience members shouting out the slogan: “Come then, let us go forward together with our united strength”. The same as Churchill, Zhou Enlai was also good at interpersonal skills. He presented China's policies to the world with applying the art of language to deal with foreign affairs. However, be differ from Churchill, he was in the period when China was newly founded and in the toughest time. Thus, he met many contumelious questions from foreign reporters. For example, once areporter triggered words to him: “Do you have prostitutes in China?” He replied: “Yes,
we do, in Taiwan.” His answer shot four birds with only one stone. Basically, it is to answer the question; next, it was announcing China’s policy of Taiwan dominion; thirdly, it was protecting his country from insult; lastly, it was so polite that the reporter didn't lose face. In conclusion, good EQ is crucial for leaders since it can perfect the characters needed for a successful leader.
